Sloan’s Ice Cream

After a design-savvy renovation, Third Street Promenade’s marquee two-story food hall The Gallery officially announces the first occupants to rouse an exciting new dining collective – the enterprising Everytable (May) and the whimsically boutique Sloan’s Ice Cream (early summer). Opening these sweet and savory offerings on the street level is The Gallery’s first move towards rostering a diverse collection of ultimately 10 culinary merchants, and the announcement primes the food hall for a future unveiling of ambitious chef-driven concepts on the deck level.
The socially-concious Everytable will set up just inside The Gallery’s main entryway in early May with a grab-and-go outpost, offering nutritious meals at affordable prices without compromising on quality. Everytable’s business model is driven by a belief that healthy food is a human right. Meals are made with wholesome ingredients and priced according to the neighborhoods each store serves (as low as $8 at The Gallery Food Hall).
A San Fernando Valley favorite, Sloan’s Ice Cream is sweet-toothed fantasyland of homemade ice cream, freshly baked sweets, hand dipped apples, and a huge variety of bulk candy housed inside a prismatic, chandelier rich shop. The scents of freshly baked waffle cones, cookies and brownies will dance about the shop’s front facing patio, enticing the nearly 15 million yearly Promenade pedestrians. Named as one of USA Today’s “10 Best Ice Cream Parlor’s in America,” this is the third California location for Sloan’s Ice Cream, which also has seven storefronts in Florida and one in Kuwait. Sloan’s Ice Cream is on track to open early this summer.
